Additional Services, Costs & Payment Terms
Marketing & web administration: There is an admin fee of £120 which covers:
a) Your entry in the Show guide - a display box 9cm x 5cm - showcasing your company with an overview and logo, plus a listing in the directory.
b) Your entry in the online exhibition: company overview and logo on the Subcon web pages with a link to your web site, plus a listing in the searchable directory according to your specialisations.
Insurance: All exhibitors must be insured. For stands up to 10 sq M the fee is £105; for stands over 10 sq M the fee is £175. For more details please contact our insurance providers, Woodgate partners Ltd on Tel: 01622 740000 or email: exhibitors@woodgates.co.uk
Payment terms A 20% deposit plus insurance and the marketing/admin charge is payable on confirmation of booking. 50% of the remaining balance is payable on 31st Jan 2010; the final balance is payable on 9th May 2010.
