There are three cost-effective options to choose from:

Space Only: £300 per metre
This package is for experienced exhibitors only. The only element included is the space hired. Exhibitors bring their own purpose-built stands. Size Minimum: 12m.

Shell Scheme: £335 per metre
Ideal for exhibitors who do not have their own purpose built stand, the ‘shell’ can be tailored to suit your colour scheme and corporate style. The package includes:
White octonorm walls
Ceiling grid
Carpet
Name boards

Modpak: £375 per metre
The package includes the standard Shell Scheme package, as above, plus:
2 chairs*
1 table*
1 electrical socket*
1 spot light for every 3 sq M of stand space

* Stands over 18 sq M receive 2 furniture packs and an additional electric socket.

Additional Services, Costs & Payment Terms*

Marketing & web administration: There is an admin fee of £120 which covers:

a) Your entry in the Show guide - a display box 9cm x 5cm - showcasing your company with an overview and logo, plus a listing in the directory.

b) Your entry in the online exhibition: company overview and logo on the Subcon web pages with a link to your web site, plus a listing in the searchable directory according to your specialisations.

Insurance: All exhibitors must be insured. For stands up to 10 sq M the fee is £105; for stands over 10 sq M the fee is £175. For more details please contact our insurance providers, Woodgate Partners on Tel: 01622 740000 or email: CoverexCentaur@towergate.co.uk

Payment terms: A 20% deposit plus insurance and the marketing/admin charge is payable on confirmation of booking. 50% of the remaining balance is payable on 31st Jan 2012; the final balance is payable on 9th May 2012.
