Brandauer’s modern 45,000 sq ft (4,200 sq m) factory provides a world-class manufacturing facility, producing, precision pressings in the heart of the UK. Our in-house tooling facility is one of the largest of its kind in Europe, and thanks to our ongoing investment strategy, we have the equipment and associated technology required throughout the production process to deliver cutting-edge component manufacture.
We are capable of working with the widest range of metals to deliver the precision components required by our global customer base. Most metals can be accommodated down to 0.0125mm thickness, including titanium, stainless steel, aluminium and complex copper-based alloys such as beryllium copper.
And all of this is delivered by a team of highly qualified and experienced engineers, operating throughout the business from design and tooling to production and quality engineering.

When working with customers on a complete project from concept to completion we provide an expert extension to our client’s in-house production teams, with prototyping and consultative services.
Our tooling facility is one of the largest of its kind, and offers the latest technology and 3D design expertise.
As well as developing and producing new tools, we also offer a tool transfer service for anyone looking to bring production to Brandauer.
Our presswork facility is also one of the largest of its kind, and the scale for this facility gives us the flexibility within the manufacturing process to deliver high quantity, high quality pressings to meet the customer’s specific manufacturing requirements.
As well as traditional single process pressings, we are increasingly working with customers on more sophisticated added-value processes, such as the insertion or welding of silver wire or precious metal contacts at the point of manufacture.
Alongside the bespoke component development for manufacturing clients, we offer a range of standardised EMC shielding solutions.
