The new series of HI-PE Generators of the Power Cube Family line is the upshot of ongoing reserach aimed at maximising the efficiency and reliability of systems. The Generators, made using solid-state technology and latest-generation components, feature micro processor for automatically selecting the operating frequency and an internal self-diagnosis system. The adopted modular solution contemplates different Generators according to operating frequency and delivered power. Generators are available with frequencies varying from 30 to 1,800 KHz and with powers from 2 to 100 kW.
The new range of V3 Controllers allows faster and more intuitive programming of work cycles, enabling the operators to personalise the functions menu, adopting it to their needs. The new V3 units feature a high-resolution graphic monitor which improves operating parameter display. Compared to the V2, Quick Access functions have been added, for simple and quick access to the most frequent operating functions and Status functions for displaying all the operating parameters of the linked Generators and obtaining the immediate display of all the I/O in use in the control unit and the info relating to the linked pyrometers.
The new line of CEIA SLE optical pyrometers is extremely compact and sturdy and is distinguished by a broad temperature range, high-speed measuring capacity, immunity to disturbances as regards the induction heating applications and reduced size of the reading spot. Compatible with all the V3 Controllers, the new SLE Sensors can be used for applications such as hardening, tin soldering, melting, hardening, brazing shrink fitting, and all those processes where accurate temperature control is required.
