Founded in 1974, Gainden decided in 1990 to expand its business into new manufacturing processes and built up a facility that now includes CNC turning machines including Star and Citizen sliding head complex machines, Escomatic coil fed machines and a number of Miyano fixed head complex machines. To allow it to move into high volume production it has recently invested in a Schutte 6-axis multi-spindle automatic machine and 16 station rotary transfer system. The aim to provide minimal path processing to ensure accuracy, precision and stable quality combined with the maximum production efficiency.
