Extrusion: HAE UK has three extrusion presses ranging from 1600t to 3200t with access to additional presses from 1000t up to 6500t. Our manufacturing process provides the possibility of creating perfect extrusion solutions that meet the high demands of performance, quality, precision and economy.
Hydro engineers help you evaluate manufacturability, conceptualize components, and optimize the best extrusion shapes and sizes with the aim of reducing excess weight and eliminating unnecessary labour. We will advise you on how to make your components more cost effective and easier to produce.
