Combined turnover is approx £7.5 million with 65 employees on 2 sites, Coventry and Rugby. The companies were established in the 1960's originally as toolmakers to the automotive and general industrial sector. However with over £ 3.5 million investments over the last 5 years in new machinery and larger factories the group has expanded rapidly into most engineering sectors.
Our Coventry site is a high precision machine shop spread across 2 adjacent factories totalling 11000sq ft. We have vast experience in the machining of castings, but we also can machine pretty much any component from pretty much any material including steels, stainless, alloys, resins and composites. We have a full temperature controlled inspection suite with CNC CMM system. This enables us to continue our relationships with top blue chip companies in the automotive, motorsport, renewable energy, subsea and defence sectors.
Our Rugby site is a high precision rapid response machine shop, again spread across 2 separate factories. We have a 10000sq ft fabrication and machine shop and an 8000sq ft turning shop. We can offer 24hour emergency machining capabilities with experienced millers and turners ready to go around the clock. We also have extensive fabrication facility. With our highly experienced welders, we can MIG and TIG pretty much any metal, our welders are coded in a vast range of different welding practices which allow them to work on our large Power Station and Subsea contracts.
We can also design, manufacture and install any material handling solution you require. We manufacture Fixtures, Transport Trolleys, stillages, and bespoke lifting equipment for any industry. We are currently working with large plant machinery, engine, automotive and logistics businesses in this field. We have 3D CAD facilities along with CAM manufacturing software to give a smooth transition from concept design to finished product.
