The Mazak & Hardinge CNC lathe machines are all networked in to 2D & 3D CATIA modelling software - this means that we can take the model from screen to machine instantly. This is also the same for our Mazak and Bridgeport Milling centres.
Our machined components also have to pass our 100% inspection criteria, carried out using the latest in CMM technology, housed within our bespoke inspection workshop
