ThyssenKrupp Materials (UK) TGL Division offer a materials solution to the manufacturing industry nationwide; carrying a vast stock range of aluminium and stainless steel long and flat products as well as plastics and LED’s. With short lead-times and nationwide delivery coverage as well as bespoke customer stock solutions, they are able to support customers in working more efficiently and reducing their capital, i.e. inventory and thus helping to improve their cash flow situation.
Alserco is your partner for first class aluminium fabrication, with over 15 years market experience and backing from our global parent company. Services include CNC machining, cutting, punching, drilling, welding and finishing including; de-burring, polishing, painting and screen-printing. From turning your drawing into a custom profile, we can stock, hold the material and deliver just in time, a fully fabricated part either from our own bespoke warehouse or via one of our dedicated stock holding facilities around the UK.
Metalfast has one of the largest stock ranges of commercial aluminium plate, bar, tube and extrusion in the UK. Added to these, they can deliver services such as bar cutting, plate sawing, billet preparation, blanking, chamfering, CNC machining and complete supply chain management. Although unashamedly aluminium specialists, Metalfast also stock a wide range of stainless steel and brass.
Alongside Metalfast we also have our dedicated Motorsports Division. With access to material held at 11 sites throughout the UK, our assigned team of motorsports specialists can provide strategic stock which we can offer on a consignment basis, SLA agreement and same day availability on stock items. With facilities such as 6 plate saws, 12 bar saws, 4 vertical band saws, 2 poly coating machines as well as access two water jet facilities in Germany and the in house machining capabilities of our Alserco Division, we can provide a complete service. As part of an integrated materials technology group – ThyssenKrupp AG, our Motorsports Division is well placed to provide around 140 specialised material grades at competitive prices, with the purchasing power of one of Europe’s largest companies.
Our Vetchberry Steels Division is strategically located and superbly equipped to provide the most comprehensive service in the UK and abroad for stainless steel flat rolled products. Its Witton service centre houses an inventory of never less than 2,500 tonnes of prime hot rolled and cold rolled coil. Offering facilities to slit, cut to length, traverse wind, blank, de-burring and polish stainless steel coil.
