WLR can also manipulate most electronic model files including surfaces and import these into our full featured programming package for the creation of CNC programmes upto 5 simultaneous axis. All of our Milling machines have Renishaw Probes and Laser tool measurement plus System 3R bed plates.

Recent developments have been the move to a new, larger factory and the installation of a state-of-the-art Kern Pyramid Nano. The Kern is an ultra-precision 5 axis machining centre which enables us to achieve exacting tolerances to a few microns. Extremely good surface finishes can be achieved due to the 42,000rpm spindle and frictionless drive systems.
