Midlands-based parts machining business Matco Engineering is making its first appearance at Subcon, showcasing its ability to offer high-end service levels to low and medium volume manufacturers in a range of industry sectors.
The Matco stand will feature a range of quality machined parts including fan belt pulleys, oil cooler parts, hubs and water pump housing, reflecting the background of the company and its directors in the automotive and related sectors.
It will also feature Grayson Thermal Systems’ complete Cassette 2 Plus cooling system, an innovative product launched into the bus and coach market late last year, which makes extensive use of Matco-engineered parts.
Matco was set up in late 2007 to provide a turnkey solution for low and medium volume manufacturers, from sourcing the raw material, through machining, processing, assembly and test to guaranteed on-time delivery.
Matco customers can book a regular amount of machine time to ensure a priority service. This, coupled with a regular nationwide delivery service, means that low and medium volume manufacturers can manage their production schedules more efficiently, without interruption to supply.
