Quality turned parts from small to high volume

22/05/2009 00:00:00

CNC turning specialist Gainden (Stand D119) produces a wide range of products for customers in areas ranging from electronic connectors and opto-electronic components to automobile, motorcycle, hydraulic and pneumatic accessory manufacture.

Founded in 1974 as Kingdom Precision Casting and based in Taiwan, Gainden decided in 1990 to expand its business into new manufacturing processes and built up a facility that now includes CNC turning machines including Star and Citizen sliding head complex machines, Escomatic coil fed machines and a number of Miyano fixed head complex machines. To allow it to move into high volume production it has recently invested in a Schutte 6-axis multi-spindle automatic machine and a Protecma 16 station rotary transfer system. The aim to provide minimal path processing to ensure accuracy, precision and stable quality combined with the maximum production efficiency.

This is complemented by the use of state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software in its R&D, and 3D simulation models in product analysis to provide customers with the best solutions for their business.

Gainden aims for continuous improvement and develops long-term training plans within the company to develop outstanding specialists to service its customers. The company says that in its quest to expand its business territory it is committed to providing customers with competitive prices and on-time product lead-time.
