A helping hand in the funding maze

Grant funding to the UK manufacturing sector has been available for many years and through many schemes, however often they are not well publicised and often complicated to access.

However funding is available and in these lean financial times, grants should seriously be considered if you want to kick start a project for growth. The grant market is vast, though schemes are very specific; therefore PR on how many are available can often cloud the water when it comes to actually being eligible for them.

So whether you are interested in investing in new plant and equipment or researching new industry products, there are funding schemes you can access – knowing how to however is the key to success!

The person who knows how is Ian Heywood, who will be tackling this whole area in the Subon Seminar programme on Thursday 10th June.

Ian is the director of UK Grants, a national grant consultancy specialising in raising grant funding for the manufacturing base in the UK. UK Grants has been operating since 1991 and in that time has raised over £20m in grant funding for its clients. Ian has secured grant funding for clients ranging from £20K to £1.45m for projects.
