Reserve Your Stand

There are three options to choose from - a fully-prepared stand, shell scheme or space only:

1. Fully prepared stand (the ‘Modpak’). Just bring your visuals and you are ready to exhibit. The pack includes:
   
   An aluminium modular shell scheme comprising:
   • White walls
   • Ceiling grid
   • Cord carpet
   • Fascia and name boards
   
   Plus:
   • Lighting (spotlights)
   • 1 x 500W power outlet
   • Table
   • 2 chairs
   Cost per sqm: £355
   
   
2. Shell Scheme
   Ideal for exhibitors who do not have their own purpose built stand, the ‘shell’ can be tailored to suit your colour scheme and corporate style. The package includes:
   • White walls
   • Ceiling grid
   • Cord Carpet
   • Fascia and name boards
   Cost per sqm: £315
   
   
3. Space Only
   
   This package is for experienced exhibitors only. The only element included is the space hired. Exhibitors bring their own purpose-built stands. Size Minimum: 12m.
   
   Cost per sqm: £280

Additional Services and Costs

Marketing & web administration: There is an admin fee of £120 which covers:

1. Your entry in the Show guide - a display box 9 cm x 5 cm showcasing your company with an overview and logo, plus a listing in the directory.
   
   
2. Your entry in the online exhibition: company overview and logo on the Subcon web pages with a link to your web site, plus a listing in the searchable directory according to your specialisations.
