Isabelle Russell is an accomplished account manager at Siemens Digital Industries, partnering with leading, global aerospace companies to modernise their manufacturing practices, drive cost efficiencies, and foster rapid growth. Her commitment to sustainability and leveraging cutting-edge technology to advance UK manufacturing is at the core of her work.

Graduating from the University of Nottingham, Isabelle holds an MEng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with an award-winning thesis on the electrification of flight actuation. Through her time at university, she was recognised by the Royal Academy of Engineering with their Engineering Leaders Scholarship, and now remains actively engaged, sharing her insights as a speaker at events, facilitating workshops, and participating in outreach activities.

Isabelle is deeply passionate about solving industry challenges including the adoption of advanced technology, rate increases, and the skills shortage. She believes in fostering cross-sector collaboration and encouraging diversity and inclusion across the industry, both of which will be vital in meeting the evolving demands of the aerospace sector.
