Phillip Woolston began his career as a formulation chemist at AkzoNobel and Domino Printing Sciences, where he specialized in developing paints and inks. In recent years, he has contributed to the integration of high-throughput testing systems and the development of an internal Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for Domino’s R&D group. This work encouraged an existing passion for data science and led him to become a key enabler for people-led digital transformation within the group.
