Radhika is a chartered mechanical engineer at Viridian Solar, a manufacturer of photovoltaic solar panels. She has prior experience in manufacturing environments, including large scale production of gas separation and filtration systems, designing and developing systems for the manufacture of optical fibre cables, and on smaller bespoke systems. She is passionate about improving diversity, equity and inclusivity in the engineering industry – both to empower those working within it and for future engineers. She has volunteered for SheCanEngineer since 2023.
