Sony UK Technology Centre Limited is the manufacturing and customer service centre of excellence for Sony in the UK, with over 50 years of manufacturing expertise in Wales.

This presentation will provide an insight into the site’s growth and diversification journey from Sony Television manufacturing in the 1970’s, to today’s sustainable business model which includes a collaborative approach to Contract Manufacturing services. Ian will share his experience of solving customer challenges through creative, innovative and collaborative approaches—highlighting examples that may inspire new ways of thinking for businesses facing similar manufacturing or supply chain hurdles.
